[Recipe] Vegan Parsnip Soup

I can’t stop smiling with this sweetness!

<Ingredients>
 

 
parsnip    small 1
 

 
ginger      grated, 1 teaspoon
 

 
oil                   2~3teaspoons
 

 
salt                 3~4 pinches
 

 
water
 

 
almond milk
 

 
*You can use soy milk, milk anything you like!

<Direction>

1,  Grate a carrot and ginger.
 

 
2,  Heat oil, put 1, and 1pinch of salt and fry gentry.
 

 
3,  Put water in , which is 3times of the ingredients and put a lid on to boil.
 

 
4,  When you see the carrot gets softer like near melting, then put milk and salt
 

 
as mush as you want, and then heat it.
 

 
Don’t boil after putting the milk in.
